Please read amazon's reviews for magnesium citrate. It's cheap, very effective for oic plus you'll sleep like a rock. I'd use the Relistor over the Movantik, as it has less chance of interfering with CNS analgesia because it cannot cross into the CNS, while Movantik maybe can.
